Unlike most TrueType fonts without bitmaps, the Apple Font Pack fonts look decent at normal sizes on screen. But TrueType fonts display very slowly, so I've used BitFont to generate these bitmap fonts for common sizes. To see how much difference they make, install the bitmaps, view the enclosed sample Word file, and change all the sizes by one point; the redisplay should be much slower than the original display.
